An experienced product design leader helping bring harmony between human values and business growth.

In 20 years as a product, UX and strategic designer I have pursued complex design challenges in multi-stakeholder environments, with impact at scale.

Currently I am the Director of User Experience at Honeywell India. Previously, I headed UX and Strategic Design at Boston Consulting Group in Asia-Pacific and Middle East. I am the founder of Kiba Design, an award-winning multidisciplinary design practice. Over the past two decades I have driven design-led transformations for 100+ organisations across 22+ sectors, that have positively impacted the lives of millions of people.

I work with client teams across functions and levels - from C-suite stakeholders to frontline and back-end workers who enable and deliver the last-mile product or service. My clients include Fortune 500s and venture-backed startups, non-profits and the public sector.

I created India’s design innovation policy for the Government of India, which continues to be widely implemented and scaled every year. I have taught numerous courses on design, created curricula and advised on the formation of new design programs.

My work has won several design awards and has been featured in the press and in numerous publications. I have been an advisor to several high-level national and international bodies, including XPrize, V-Must (Virtual Museum Transnational Network), several design education institutes, and expert advisor on design innovation to the Indian Government since 2012.
