I am a UX and Product Design Leader with 20+ years of experience driving innovation, digital transformation, and design strategy across Fortune 500 companies, startups, and the public sector.

I am Director of UX Design at GoDaddy, leading the Online Commerce UX team and working on GoDaddy's flagship Agentic App Builder. Before GoDaddy, I led UX Design for Honeywell's enterprise SaaS portfolio at Honeywell Connected Enterprise, and headed Strategic Design at Boston Consulting Group across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, delivering large-scale digital transformation for global clients. I also founded and ran Kiba Design, an award-winning multidisciplinary design studio, for over 14 years.

My work spans agentic AI experience design, vibe coding for UX teams, enterprise UX, digital ecosystems, service design, and strategic innovation. In 2012, I architected India's National Design Innovation Policy. I work with business leaders, engineers, and policymakers to create high-impact, user-centric solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Beyond execution, I focus on cultural transformation - helping organizations embed human-centered design, agile ways of working, and cross-functional collaboration into how they build. I am a design educator, mentor, and policy advisor. I have served as faculty and curriculum designer at leading design institutions.

I thrive in complexity - shaping ambitious product visions, making sense of ambiguous systems, and leading cross-functional teams toward outcomes that matter. My driving belief: design is a strategic force, not a finishing layer, and it is most powerful when grounded in human values.
